Error

The application could not be launched. Your web browser is not compatible with WebGL or WebGL is not active. Update your web browser or install one which is compatible with WebGL, then follow the next instructions.

Update your web browser

Download and install the last version of your web browser :

• Google Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox
• Safari (Mac only)
• Internet Explorer

Instructions to activate WebGL

First, the drivers of your graphic card must be up to date.
Then, depending on your web browser, do the next instructions :

• Google Chrome

  • IMPORTANT : the player doesn't work locally on Google Chrome, except if a web server (like WAMP on Windows, MAMP on Mac) is installed and used to execute the player.
  • Launch Google Chrome and enter "chrome://flags" in the address bar,
  • Locate the line "Deactivate WebGL",
  • If the line is in white color, with the link "Deactivate", so WebGL is deactivated. Click on "Deactivate", the line turns gray, and the link becomes "Activate".

• Mozilla Firefox

  • Launch Firefox and enter "about:config" in the address bar,
  • A warning message appears, accept it,
  • In the search bar, enter "webgl",
  • Locate the line "webgl.disabled",
  • If its value is "false", there is nothing to do. If it is "true", double-click on the line to change it to "false".

• Safari

  Only on Mac.

  • Launch Safari and in the "Safari" menu, click on "Preferences",
  • Select "Advanced" tab,
  • Check the box "Show Develop menu in menu bar",
  • Open the "Develop" menu in the menu bar,
  • Check "Enable WebGL".

• Internet Explorer

  Internet Explorer supports WebGL only in version 11 and later.

Once done, the player will work correctly.
